Now the world is his Elm Street, and the streets will flow with blood. Jason Voorhees leads the dead in the sacking of D.C. that cuts down everyone from shoppers to senators.

Things are looking grim for Ash's Nightmare Warriors as Tommy Jarvis and Jacob Johnson are taken captive, leaving a depleted group to figure out how to stop the storm of slaughter taking place in the streets. Pulled into Freddy's nightmare, they are given an ultimatum: "Bring the Necronomicon to me or I'll gut your friends while you watch."
