Wildstorm has listed the description and release date for issue #5 of Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash: The Nightmare Warriors. I have also included the cover art for issue # 1, since I somehow missed it when we previously published the first 4 issues.

Issue #5 will go on sale October 21, 2009

Retroslashers recently interviewed Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash artist Jason Craig (Read interview here), and today he sent them two exclusive pictures from the new comic. The first issue of the Wildstorm mini-series is on sale now, and issue two is due on shelves July 22.

On June 24 Wildstorm is releasing Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash: The Nightmare Warriors -- a six issue comic book mini series. Below is the cover art, release dates and synopsis for the first four issues.

In 1989 Marvel comics published the first but short-lived A Nightmare on Elm Street comic book featuring Freddy Krueger. However, this would not be the last comic to outline Freddy’s tremendous body count. Read on for a brief history of Krueger's career in the funny books.
