Mark Patton (Jesse Walsh) talked to Dread Central before he sat down for his Never Sleep Again interview. Originally the producers of the documentary were having trouble finding Patton, who left Hollywood shortly after Freddy's Revenge, but they finally tracked him down in Mexico and brought him to L.A.. Your newest Freddy Krueger, Jackie Earle Haley, talked to MTV about his role in the upcoming A Nightmare on Elm Street re-boot. Although the interview really offers no new insight on the film, it does feature Haley wearing the green and red sweater without any makeup.

Fangoria chatted with Andy Clement who worked on the Special Effects for A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010. Clement has also worked on such films as Ernest Scared Stupid, Army of Darkness, and The Princess Bride.
Although the interview was published on October 16, 2009 it seems a bit old, and oddly enough there is really no Elm Street talk. However, I thought it might be of some interest to the horror fans who visit this site.

IESB caught up with Elm Street star Jackie Earle Haley on the current Television Critics AssociationPress Tour. Fox held a panel for their new TV show Human Target, that also stars Haley as a hired gun called, Guerrero. Haley talked a little bit about the show, his other film Shutter Island and of course A Nightmare on Elm Street.

I'm starting to get worried that 85% of the new Nightmare news is going to be focusing on Kellan Lutz because he is in the Twilight films. I will do my best to not turn this Blog into a Lutz Blog, but due to the lack of news today, here is a brief and uninteresting interview he did with MTV.com. I just like how he keeps avoiding calling the original Elm Street films "horror."
