Platinum Dunes producer Brad Fuller tweeted about A Nightmare on Elm Street 2, but unfortunately the news wasn't very promising.

Like I mentioned in August, the studio is concentrating on Teenage Mutant Turtles, and a film called Ouija. Fuller tweeted that a script for Friday the 13th 2 has already been written, but "as for Freddy, there isnt even talk of writing another script."

"Rated R Horror movies, right now, don't seem to generate interest from the studios," Fuller added in a final tweet.
