Well we all kind of knew this was coming. The same people who brought us His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th are now working on Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, a documentary looking back at the entire Elm Street franchise.

The great people over at Wildstorm have given us the first three issues of the, Freddy VS. Jason VS. Ash: Nightmare Warrirors comic, to giveaway to our Elm Street fans. Issue #4 goes on sale September 30, 2009, so our contest will end on September 22, 2009. Heather Langenkamp told Monster-Mania magazine that she is working on a new documentary called, I Am Nancy. Langenkamp said the film will look back at 25 years of "Nancy" and the fandom that surrounds the character.

I found this YouTube video that claims that the trailer for the A Nightmare on Elm Street remake will be shown in theaters before Jennifer's Body on September 18, 2009. The person who posted the video provided this link as proof. It shows a "Warner Bros. Trailer Request" page with the Elm Street trailer attached to Megan Fox's new movie. I will keep you updated when I learn more.
