SciFi Wire recently spoke to the new Freddy Krueger, Jackie Earle Haley about some issues plauging the fans, namely his voice as well as the reshoots.
"We're still working on it. There's still more [additional dialogue recording] stuff to do, so it's an ongoing process, I think, until it comes out."
Basically, the same thing we heard from Brad Fuller a few weeks ago.
In regards to the reshoots, Haley said "Just some re-shoots and tweaks that I think are probably customary for pretty much every movie that gets made."
Haley also mentioned that he was involved with the reshoots and was in full make-up the entire time.
it's great that they doing extra things to the voice, but we don't want him to sound like he is in a can like in noes 4.... anyway, the more real he sounds the scarier he will be....
The voice in the trailer is cool. But some idiot fanboys wont be happy no matter what it sounds like. I wish some people would stay home and watch the original, because they know they're just going to bitch about it anyway.
