Bloody Disgusting published two interviews today; one video interview featuring A Nightmare on Elm Street stars Thomas Dekker, Rooney Mara, and Kyle Gallner, and a text interview with the new Freddy himself, Jackie Earle Haley. Check out the video interview below and read Haley's interview here.

I really enjoyed the movie. I LOVED the effects and I loved the sick twist they added to the back story that lead to all that happened! And I approve of Jackie Earle Haley taking over Robert Englund's role. Nobody can really replace Robert, sure. But Jackie did a great job addidng his own style and eery feel to the horror icon that is Fred Krueger.
Also! Rooney Marawas amazing. Nancy is a strong, important, character in the ANOES saga, and it was wonderful to see rooney bring her own style and creativity to the role. She made me feel like all of what was happening on screen was really happening, and I LOVE with actresses can do that to me. Also, I love that Kyle Gallner played Johnny Depps role, because I have been a fan of him since I saw him in The Haunting in Connecticut, so it was a thrill to see him in the remake!
I do hope for a second film after how we were left with a screaming Nancy at the end of the first, and Ican honestly give this movie 5/5! So great job!
